Policy
The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for first-time and regular massage guests of Thai Massage Society.
ARRIVAL TO YOUR MASSAGE
Only clients with appointment are allowed inside (except, client's parent/guardian of a minor ). Please arrive at least 5 - 10 minutes prior to the session start time in order to ensure a full massage session and fill out the health intake forms for first time clients.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. But please understand that many times another session is scheduled immediately following yours and we usually have a 15 minutes in between sessions. However, depending on circumstances, if you are 15 minutes or more late, we may be able to accommodate a partial and you will be responsible for payment of the full service or considered a cancellations.
NO-SHOW
Your massage sessions are reserved especially just for you. Our therapists work on an on-call basis and have commuted in just for you. Clients who skip appointments with Thai Massage Society, run the risk of not being seen next visit. We will no longer offer you a sessions.
LAST MINUTE OR SAME DAY CANCELLATION
We politely request a 12-hours notice of cancellation or change of appointment. This allows the spa enough time to fill appointments. If you made your appointment online, it's easy to login and cancel or call us at 571-313-0826. Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 12 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.
CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT
To ensure you're properly confirming your appointment.
Appointment Confirmation: Two days before your appointment, you will receive a text message or email asking you to confirm that you plan or attending your upcoming visit. To confirm, you must respond to the prompt in either the text message or email.
If the appointment remains "Unconfirmed" 12 hours prior to the scheduled time, your appointments will be canceled and removed from the calendar. Thank you for understanding and respecting your therapist's time!
FIRST TIME CLIENTS AND WEEKEND APPOINTMENT
To accommodate your desired appointment we may require a credit card number to hold an appointments. You will not be billed unless there is a no-show, last minute or same day cancellation.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in the price of services. Our therapists are pleased with any tip as it shows them your appreciation for their expertise.
PAYMENT TYPES
We accept Cash, Apple Pay and all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
DRESS
We provide loose-fitting clothing for Thai massage, for other services we provide cotton robes and slippers.
CELL PHONE
We ask clients to refrain from cell phone usage and request that mobile phones be silenced or turned off when in the spa areas.
VALUABLES
Please leave all valuable items at home or stored them in the bin in your treatment room. Thai Massage Society is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Thai Massage Society reserves the right to refused service to any clients for improper conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct.
PRICES AND SERVICES
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
MINOR POLICY
We require that person under the age of 18 must have our consent form and intake form filled out and signed by parent/guardian. No one under 18 is allowed in spa unless receiving a service.
OUTSIDE FOOD
Please respect all of our clients. No outside food allowed.
BUSINESS HOURS
Business hours may change without giving prior notice. We encourage clients to book an appointment with us before visiting.
